Account and registration

Opening an account on langit takes a few minutes. First, visit our website or download the Android app and click "Open account". Fill in your real name, email, phone number, and date of birth. Create a username and password, then verify your phone via SMS and your email via a confirmation link. Your account is then active and ready for deposits.

Before your first withdrawal, we require identity verification. Log in, go to account settings, and upload a clear photo of your national ID card or passport. We also ask for proof of address—a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. This process protects your account and complies with financial regulations in Indonesia. Verification typically completes within hours.

Once verified, you can deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet and access all games and markets on langit.

If you forget your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter the email address registered to your langit account. We send you a password-reset link to that email. Click the link, set a new password, and sign in with your new credentials.

The reset link is valid for one hour. If the link expires, repeat the process and request a new one. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Store your new password securely.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team with your account email address. We will help you regain access quickly.

Payments and transactions

Yes, we support all four major Indonesian banks. When you choose to deposit via bank transfer, we provide you with a unique virtual account number for mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Transfer your desired amount to that account, and the funds appear in your langit balance within standard banking settlement windows—typically within business hours.

Make sure the bank account you transfer from is registered in your own name. Your langit account holder name must match the name on your bank account exactly. If the names do not match, the transfer may be rejected or delayed.

Bank transfers carry no deposit fee on langit's side, though your bank may apply a standard transfer charge. We provide a new virtual account number for each deposit request, so you do not need to save a single account number—simply request a deposit in your langit account, and we generate a fresh number each time.

Deposit and withdrawal issues are rare, but they can happen due to network delays, bank processing, or payment-provider errors. If your deposit does not appear in your langit account within the expected timeframe, log in and check your transaction history. Most e-wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) settle within minutes; bank virtual-account transfers settle within hours to one business day.

If a transaction is stuck, do not retry immediately. Wait at least one hour before checking again. If the funds still have not arrived, contact our support team with your transaction reference number or receipt. Provide a screenshot of the payment confirmation from your payment provider. We investigate the issue with the payment provider and resolve it.

For withdrawals, the same applies. If you request a withdrawal and it does not arrive after the standard settlement window, reach out to support with your withdrawal ID. We confirm whether the funds were sent from our side and help track the transfer through your payment provider.

Games and betting

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that tells you how much of all money wagered on a slot game is paid back to players over time. For example, a slot with means that, on average, for every 100 currency units wagered across all players, 96 units are returned as winnings and 4 units go to the game operator.
